Cedar Knolls is a community of 44 single-family homes located in Fairfax County, Virginia.Ryan Homes began to develop the 15-acre Cedar Knolls site in 1999, with the first homes
in the community constructed and occupied in the spring of 2000.
Upon completion of the development two years later, the Cedar Knolls Homeowners Association was organized to manage the common affairs of the community.

Regional shopping malls include Fair Oaks Shopping Center and Springfield Mall -- the mall in closest proximity to Cedar Knolls. |
