Our Community
Cedar Knolls is a community of 44 single-family homes located in Fairfax County, Virginia off of Telegraph Rd.
The 15-acre site was developed by Ryan Homes into Cedar Knolls in 1999, with the first homes in the community constructed and occupied in the spring of 2000.
Upon completion of the development two years later, the Cedar Knolls Homeowners Association was organized to manage the common affairs of the community.
